Competitive Dance Teams

Come be a part of our Competition Teams at The LAB! Our Competition Teams attend 2 - 5 competitions each year as well as perform at our end-of-year Recital! Our Company & Crew teams compete in Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical and Hiphop. Our Neon & Onyx Teams compete in Jazz & Lyrical.
Along with their rehearsal classes they will have a variety of technique, strength, and tumbling classes.

Our competition teams have won numerous high point and overall awards at our competitions.  They have won awards for outstanding technique and best choreography!  Our competition dancers are well trained in ballet, jazz technique and tumbling.  

Audition required (scheduled in the Spring) for our company and crew teams.
